At NovoBarcode.com, we deal exclusively in digital products (EAN-13 barcodes). Due to the nature of our services, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Barcodes are generated automatically after payment and cannot be revoked.
No Refund Policy
- All purchases made on NovoBarcode.com are non-refundable.
- This includes cases where the customer later decides not to use the barcode.
- Refunds will not be issued for retailer or marketplace rejection.
Replacement Policy (Barcode Uniqueness Guarantee)
We guarantee that every barcode delivered is unique within our system. In the rare event that a barcode provided by us is found to be previously used:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Valid proof must be submitted for verification.
- Upon verification, a replacement barcode will be provided.
- No monetary refund will be issued.
Replacement eligibility is valid for up to 1 year from the date of delivery.
What Is Not Covered
- GS1 registration requirements
- Retailer or marketplace policy changes
- Packaging, printing, or labeling costs
- Business or financial losses
Digital Delivery
- Barcodes are delivered via email after successful payment.
- Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 48 hours in rare cases.
- Failure to check email (including spam folder) does not qualify for a refund.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must verify barcode acceptance with their retailer or marketplace before purchase.
- NovoBarcode.com is not responsible for non-acceptance of non-GS1 barcodes.
Changes to This Policy
NovoBarcode.com reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
