1. No Return

Since barcodes and QR codes are digital products, they cannot be returned once they have been delivered or accessed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

  • If the order fails due to a technical error.
  • If the purchased product is not delivered to the customer.

3. Customer Errors

Refunds will not be provided for errors made by the customer during the purchase process, including incorrect information, wrong selections, or duplicate orders.

4. Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
