Welcome to NovoBarcode.com. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Service (Important)

NovoBarcode.com provides privately generated barcode numbers and barcode images for product identification purposes. All barcodes sold by NovoBarcode.com are NON-GS1 registered. We are not affiliated with GS1 India, GS1 Global, UCC, or any barcode issuing authority.

Our services are suitable only for platforms or systems where GS1 registration is not mandatory. If you require GS1-registered barcodes or 890 prefix barcodes, please obtain them directly from https://www.gs1india.org.

2. Marketplace & Retailer Acceptance

  • Acceptance of barcodes varies by marketplace, retailer, distributor, POS system, and country.
  • Customers must verify barcode acceptance with their selling platform before purchase.
  • NovoBarcode.com shall not be responsible for rejection, suspension, delisting, or policy changes by third-party platforms.

3. Barcode Functionality

  • All EAN-13 barcodes provided are machine-readable and scannable using standard barcode scanners.
  • Barcode registration does not affect search engine ranking or product visibility.
  • Product discoverability depends on marketplace indexing and policies.

4. Orders, Delivery & Digital Products

  • All products are digital and delivered via email after successful payment.
  • Delivery is usually instant but may be delayed due to technical issues.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed once barcode delivery is completed.
  • Replacement is provided only if a barcode is proven to be previously used at delivery.
  • Proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement eligibility is valid for up to 12 months from delivery date.

6. Pricing, GST & Invoicing

  • All prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
  • 18% GST is applicable for Indian customers.
  • A valid GST invoice is provided with every order.

7. Use of Third-Party Logos & Trademarks

All third-party brand names and logos (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) are used for illustrative and compatibility reference purposes only. NovoBarcode.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • NovoBarcode.com is not responsible for marketplace rejection or business losses.
  • Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Termination & Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NovoBarcode.com and supersede all prior communications.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

NovoBarcode.com reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
